Time flies when you are having fun!! Paula Simpson started off her business as a home meal replacement shop and tiny cafe (with only 6 counter seats) located next to Minuteman Press. Only two days after opening, she tackled her first Chamber event by catering the Business Circle Summer Fest, and her commitment to community events has continued to this day. She moved to her current location about 7-1/2 years ago.
Being flexible and creative has helped Carry Out Cafe & Catering thrive over the last decade’s roller-coaster economy. But underlying it all is a staff that is dedicated to serving its customers, helping them succeed, and of course, providing the best in fresh, delicious meals.
